The Beavers Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be staffed at The Westin Kierland in the Trailblazers Registration Area, to the right of the main entrance on the lobby level.
4:00 pm | HOTEL CHECK-IN

November 18th
3:00 pm – 4:45 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS

Please join us in Marshall’s Indoor/Outdoor Pavilion at The Westin Kierland for appetizers and drinks!
Please meet at the Beavers Fan Travel Hospitality Desk at 4:45 pm if you would like to walk over as a group.
November 19th – Game Day!
9:15 am | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
Motor coach departs for the OSUAA Tailgate Town at The Westin Tempe.
Please meet at the Beavers Fan Travel Hospitality Desk to board the motor coach at 9:00 am.
10:00 am – 11:30 am | OSUAA TAILGATE TOWN
at The Westin Tempe
Opal Room and Sunstone Terrace (2nd Floor)
Get ready to cheer on your Beavers at the OSUAA Tailgate Town. Food is included in your ticket with a cash bar.
11:15 am | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
Motor coach loads to depart for the Lot 10 motor coach parking location near Sun Devil Stadium.
If you prefer to walk, The Westin Tempe is an approximate 0.6 mile walk to Sun Devil Stadium.
12:15 pm | KICKOFF – GO BEAVS

45 Minutes Post-Game | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
Motor coach will depart from Lot 10 for The Westin Kierland. If you feel lost or can’t find your way back to the motor coach, please contact your on-site staff.
